'The Last Leg' On Why Older People Voted To The Leave The EU

"See how you like listening to drum and bass on your phone when we're out of the EU!"

Satirical comedy show 'The Last Leg' had a very special post-referendum episode on Friday night, in which regular co-stars Adam Hills, Alex Brooker and Josh Widdicombe discussed Brexit and the aftermath of the Remain and Leave campaigns.

One of the hot topics the trio tackled was the disparity between different age groups - younger people overwhelmingly voted to stay in the European Union, while older people were most likely to vote Leave.

Many have speculated on the reasoning behind the clear difference, but Alex Brooker may have finally nailed why older generations decided to vote in favour of Brexit.

Watch the video above for his "eureka" moment.
