Japanese engineers have created a drone with mechanical claws, and it might just be the scariest thing we’ve ever seen take flight.
The flying machine from hell is propelled through the sky by six rotors, while two claws dangle menacingly below.
But despite it’s intimidating appearance, engineers say the ProDrone PD6B-AW-ARM could be used in situations that endanger human lives.
For example, the ProDrone team have suggested it could precisely deploy buoys during rescue missions
The drone’s super strong grip and powerful rotors mean it can fly for up to 30 minutes and carry objects weighing up to 20kg.
