‘The Only Way Is Essex’ cast member Jake Hall has been hospitalised, amid reports he was the victim of a stabbing in Marbella.
Jake is currently in Spain with the rest of the ‘TOWIE’ cast, with several media outlets claiming he was involved in an incident at Aqwa Mist nightclub.
The Daily Star have claimed he was “rushed to hospital by friends” in the early hours of Monday morning, with local emergency services confirming that an ambulance was called to the night spot over claims a man had been “attacked with a bottle”.
However, when the emergency services arrived, the victim had already been taken into hospital.
A source claims that there were “fears over [Jake’s] kidney”, following the altercation.
The reality star’s spokesperson has now addressed the matter, telling the Daily Star: “Jake is in hospital in Marbella, however, I cannot confirm any further details at this time."
Jake first joined ‘TOWIE’ in 2015, and despite his relatively short time on the show, has risen to become one of its most prominent cast members, thanks to his turbulent relationship with on-off girlfriend, Chloe Lewis.
The pair called it quits in the series finale of the ITVBe docusoap last month, over rumours that he had been unfaithful with new ‘TOWIE’ recruit Megan McKenna at a much-discussed “after party”.
Megan - who has been dating Pete Wicks since joining the soap after her stint in the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ house - has vehemently denied the rumours on a number of occasions.
