'X Factor' Results: Relley C Is The Third To Leave Competition

It was almost too close to call for the judges this week.

Relley C has become the third act to be voted off this year’s ‘X Factor’.

The singer left the ITV talent competition after landing in the bottom three on Sunday (23 October) night’s results show.

Relly, Ryan Lawrie and Four Of Diamonds polled the lowest in this week’s public vote, after their performances on Saturday night’s Diva-themed show.

However, Ryan was saved from having to perform in the sing off, after winning the lifeline vote.

This meant Relley C and Four Of Diamonds were left to go head-to-head to win the judges’ support and a place in next week’s show.

Relley C took on Bonnie Raiit’s ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’, while Four Of Diamonds decided to sing Fifth Harmony’s ‘Who You Are’.

Following their performances, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh voted to keep their respective acts, while Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger both decided to send Relley home.

Speaking to host Dermot O’Leary after her exit, Relley said: “I could have done a bit more, but I’m so glad I experienced it.”

Tonight’s show also saw the ‘X Factor’ finalists team up with Busted for a group performance of ‘Year 3000’, while John Legend and Shawn Mendes were this week’s musical guests.

Meanwhile, the Jukebox determined that next week’s theme would be - somewhat unsurprisingly - ‘Fright Night’, with the contestants taking on songs for Halloween.

‘The X Factor’ continues next Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
