The Olympic Refugee Team taking part in the Rio 2016 games is a world first. Five athletes from South Sudan, two from Syria, two from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and one from Ethiopia; none have had an easy journey to Brazil and most, if not all, have experienced war in their home countries.
