The ‘X Factor’ final 12 is now complete, after Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne revealed which of their acts have made it through to the live shows.

The top three Boys and Over 25s learnt their fate during Sunday (2 October) night’s episode, after being put through their paces at Judges’ Houses.

Matt Terry, Freddy Parker and Ryan Lawrie were chosen as finalists by Nicole, after singing for her and Calvin Harris in Nice.

It was subsequently bad news for James Hughes, Niall Sexton, Nate Simpson and Christian Burrows, who were all sent home.

Meanwhile, over at Sharon’s place, she was joined by Robbie Williams, as she decided on which of the Overs to put through.

Eventually, she plumped for a top three of Relley C, Saara Aalto and Honey G - a decision that we’re sure will the public will love.

Sadly, it was the end of the road for Samantha Atkinson, James Wilson and Christopher Peyton.

The six contestants who made it through will now join groups 5AM, Bradley and Ottavio and The Brooks, as well as girls Samantha Lavery, Gifty Louise and Emily Middlemas on the live shows.

The final 12 will sing live for the nation for the first time next weekend, as the competition heads to the studio.

‘The X Factor’ continues next Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
