‘X Factor’ Novelty Acts Slammed By Winners Little Mix

We don't think they're fans of Honey G.

Former ‘X Factor’ winners Little Mix have had their say on one of the big talking points of the current series, sharing their thoughts on the competition’s novelty acts.

The ladies aren’t exactly impressed with the presence of not-so-serious hopefuls in this year’s live shows, admitting they wouldn’t have been pleased if they’d been kicked off the show while a “funny” act remained.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Jesy Nelson explains: “I don’t think it’s fair that novelty acts get through.

“There’s no excuse for it really,” Leigh-Anne Pinnock concludes.

One of this year’s novelty acts is Honey G, who made it through the first live show unscathed, while the highly-praised Saara Aalto ended up in the bottom two.

This year’s ‘X Factor’ hasn’t been without its controversies so far, and this weekend 4 Of Diamonds will rejoin the show, replacing Brooks Way, who were ditched just hours before last week’s inaugural live show.

Sharon Osbourne has also been forced to respond to speculation over whether she may have enjoyed a few too many shandies ahead of Saturday’s (8 October) live programme.
