Carnival is coming... so get ready for the biggest queer party to hit London this year!

Those who attended the hugely successful Lesbian Prom thankfully didn't have to wait too long for the next big Missfit event.

The main details you need to know:

Date: 23rd May, 2014 - it's a Friday, so unless your cat is ill and needs 24hr care, you have no excuses not to be there.

Time: 9pm-5am - to those thinking of rocking up at midnight or later - do you really want to miss out on hours of fun and games? I think not.

Place: Scala, King's Cross - it's convenient and easy to get to...for everyone!

Line-Up

Missfit have joined forces with DOMO and Bar Wotever to ensure that this event has all the stars and glitter we need. The former will take over the Attic Room playing all kinds of pop and disco music you will want to shake your hips to. Think Madonna and Backstreet Boys and mix in some Robyn and Destiny's Child - pure bliss, I know!

Bar Wotever on the other hand will welcome everyone at the Reception Room. There will be face painting, genderswapping / genderexploring, zine making and art installations, so you can go all crazy should you wish to.

Missfit will once again take over the Main Room with DJs Sandra D, D'Afro, Taylor and many others playing some of the best R'n'B and pop tunes. This was my favourite room during the Prom and I get the feeling that it may bet the same this time around.

And it wouldn't be the best party ever without some amazing live acts. This time those in attendance will get a chance to see the amazing Neon Jungle supported by the brilliant Béla Takes Chase.

I know what you're thinking - how do I get my hands on the hottest ticket in town?

You can order one via Ticketweb for £16 (VIP ones are available for £35) or pick one up for just £8 during the Missfit vs Student Pride event at Stokey Stop this Friday.

Visit the official website, where you'll find more information about the event.
