Het Geluid Maastricht is an interdisciplinary theatrecollective from Maastricht, in the Netherlands.

Maastricht is a candidate city to become Cultural Capital of Europe in 2018 In this city at the border of three countries many languages are spoken, It seems for us as a theatre troupe the perfect atmosphere to create theatre that reflects the eclectic noisy times we are living in.

We are always looking for new narratives that do jusitice to the complex world we are living in. In our performances One can hear the voices of Lady Gaga, Mozart, Heidegger, Super Mario Bros, our grandmother and Wagner next to each other.

We are proud to be a partner company of NRO (the Dutch National Travel
opera) and to be artist-in-residence at Theater aan het Vrijthof.

Outside the Netherlands, work of Het Geluid has been shown in Bulgaria,
Israel, Belgium, Germany, Check republique and South-Africa. It's the
first time they can be seen at the Edinburgh Fringe.
