Jacinta has been instrumental in driving the GSMA Spam Reporting Service, powered by Cloudmark, which enables subscribers to easily report SMS spam to short code “7726”. The service gives operators a macro view of all mobile threats and allows them to safeguard their networks and protect subscribers from messaging abuse.

With over 20 years experience working within the technology industry, Jacinta is the longest serving board member of the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group, a global organisation that promotes cooperation between the world's largest service providers, social networks and mobile operators in the fight against messaging abuse.
