Big Cheeses Return to Food Tube

It's been an exciting week of welcoming old faces and introducing new on Food Tube. We've been back-flipping around the kitchen with a parkour legend, getting to grips with a seriously big cheese, hanging out with the lady who introduced the gastro-pub to NYC and preparing to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

First up April Bloomfield, River Café London alumni turned New York restaurateur let us into her kitchen at The Spotted Pig where she whipped up Egg Drop Soup for your viewing pleasure. If you like this video, be sure to check out her buns:

Jamie had a very exciting delivery from Wescombe Dairy In the shape of two white truffle cheeses he had helped created - quite possibly the most expensive cheeses in the world! Take a look at what happened when he tasted them for the first time:
