Fancy Some Minty Magic? Try My Healthy Raw Chocolate Recipe

Try this delicious and healthy recipe made with superfoods including raw chocolate and goji berries for a sweet treat to perk up any January!

Minty Magic

200g cacao butter

265g coconut butter

465g raw carob powder OR cacao powder (if using cacao add 3tbsp agave to recipe)

20 drops peppermint oil

200g raisins

50g goji berries

125g raw coconut chips

Gently melt cacao and coconut oil and then add in the peppermint oil.

Weigh out carob/cacao powder, then mix in the oils and agave if using. Once all the powder has been absorbed mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Set in the fridge for two hours in chocolate moulds or a tray before eating!!!
