From an early age Jill knew she was destined for a life and career in wellbeing. She received her M.ED from Texas State University in Physical Education with an emphasis in Health and Wellness and in 1996, became an American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Specialist. In 1999, Jill went on to become a certified Power Yoga Teacher and then a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 2004.

Jill’s greatest accomplishments came in 2005 when she founded ‘Jill Lawson Yoga’, teaching Vinyasa Flow, Core Yoga, Ski Yoga, Yoga for Golf and Pilates in southwest Colorado. Jill also contributes to the Diets in Review Blog, Body in Balance TV blog, Om Yoga and Lifestyle Magazine, Yoga Magazine, Showshoe Mag and leads yoga retreats for Via Yoga, Sayulita Mexico.
