Joe Lavelle is the Your Horizons manager at North Liverpool Citizens Advice Bureaux. His work with Horizons involves community outreach: setting up local Horizons Information Centres at children's centres, community centres and other places where lone parents can be directly reached. Joe is also active in the European Union’s Lifelong Learning Programme where he and other adult and financial education workers from across the EU meet and share examples of good practice.
