Jonathan has been National Director, Mosaic UK since January 2011, having worked with Mosaic since its very earliest days and having served as National Operations Director from March 2009.

Jonathan was previously a member of the Senior Civil Service in the UK Government, in which capacity he was responsible for significant policy and operational delivery in areas of social justice of the highest importance and political sensitivity in a range of departments including the Ministry of Justice, Cabinet Office and Department for Communities. Jonathan managed a number teams in high-profile areas, a number of which he was selected personally by Government Ministers to establish.
