Kathleen Spencer Chapman has been Oxfam's head of UK government relations since 2009, working to promote Oxfam's views to the UK government in order to ensure UK policies are as effective as possible at combatting global poverty. Previously she has worked for the children's charity NSPCC, and in several roles based in Brussels. She has also spent time living and working in India, Nepal, Bosnia and Ethiopia.
