Kirsty is a qualified Confident Childbirth Hypnobirth practitioner teaching mums-to-be self hypnosis, pain management and visualisation techniques to empower them to have a truly positive birth experience that they can remember for all the right reasons.

Kirsty originally trained in Stage Management and Theatre Production at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and also spent a number of years working in the television industry.
