The Impossibility of Communication Through the Internet

Ever happened to you that you are trying to communicate with some company, be it a flight company or an Internet service company, to express a complaint, or even a praise, and there is no way to do it? You can´t find their phone number, or an e-mail where to mail your message. No matter how many minutes you spend in the Internet googling, searching, rummaging... there is just no way to find a phone number or an e-mail address!

Well, this happens to me constantly. Right now, I am quite cross, I have paid 5 euros for Spotify Unlimited and it works as whimsically as a stupid fairy tale princess. It used to work better when I had the free service. So, my frustrated question is, what is the point of paying when the service gets worse? And how can it be that Spotify makes it so darned hard for the user to find a way to communicate with them? Is this something companies do on purpose to avoid people having sending them complaints? Or is it just their incompetence that they never realize how difficult they make things for the consumer? I don´t get it. Maybe it is that I am mentally challenged.

In the olden days it was so simple. You just grabbed the phone book, looked up the name of the company, its phone number and called. And a human being answered you, wow, amazing!! Nowadays you can wait till your beard grows to your ankles to get a human being on the other side of the line. They just love robots nowadays, and force you to tell robots (that is computers) your trouble. Soon, psychotherapists will cease existing and they will be substituted by intelligent computers. Let's just pray that they are not as clever and mean as Arthur C. Clark's HAL 9000 (2001: A Space Odyssey).
