Leanne is the founder and director of The Movement Factory and the Movement Factory Dance Foundation. She has been running her dance business since she was 15, and was this summer recognized for her achievements by being one of the 2012 Olympic Torchbearers. She has raised over £150,000 for her community dance work, won 6 awards, and is an advocate of accessible dance for all. She runs two hugely successful yearly dance competitions; delivers dance in schools, at her academies and in community settings.
