Michael (Hurricane!!) Fish now retired from the Meteorological Office, although not entirely from the BBC, for whom I have broadcast to the UK and the World for over 37 years on radio, television and new media.

Freed of Civil Service red tape and bureaucracy, I have decided to take the plunge, let my hair down and do all the outrageous things I have not been able to do before!!

Already well established on the after dinner and cruise circuits, I have recently gained experience in acting, fronting adverts, compering, voice overs and am still on your screens as an occasional Weather Presenter for BBC South East Today and GMTV.
