Mike Dixon took up his role at Citizens Advice as Assistant Chief Executive in April 2011. He leads on strategy, planning and performance; external and internal communication, including public affairs and government relations; and governance.

Mike joined from Victim Support, where he led on policy and strategy. Prior to that he worked in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and as Special Adviser to the Secretary of State in two Whitehall departments. He has also worked at the Institute for Public Policy Research and for a multinational advertising agency.
