There have been a series of disappearances since Christmas in our area. Mothers and fathers plucked from the bosom of their families unexpectedly. Distraught children. And all of this, the work of a serial thriller.
After the actual excitement of Christmas has worn off, many of us return to the somewhat colder glow of the television. All of the good shows were aired on Boxing Day, and Christmas postal pressures have clogged up the home delivery DVD service.
