One headteacher in Hertfordshire has already been sent a “minded to direct” letter from schools minister Nick Gibb warning emergency powers could be used.
Rainbows in windows have been joined by teddy bears, organised as a bingo game for kids to do on their daily walks. Paired with a fundraiser, one community in Hertfordshire have used the game to raise money for the NHS.
A reward of £20,000 is being offered for information which leads to the arrest and prosecution of the 33-year-old.
