The first class will always be hard and you will feel slightly at a disadvantage but not knowing the lay of the land. I remember a couple of years ago trying a step aerobics class, (now back then I didn't have the professional like rhythm I have now......)
In rehab I realised I was not special... It was there in sober reflection I had the lightbulb moment. It sounds daft now. A simple thing I didn't see, or more likely, as a stubborn Northern Taurean, refused to see. It was choice.
I first became aware of kettlebells about seven years ago after seeing them on The Biggest Loser UK; I found them really intriguing, and was amazed by the weight loss results achieved on the show by using them. I knew then that I just had to buy one, and thus began my love of kettlebells.
