With just over a month to go, I know it's going to be a tough but rewarding couple of weeks but I'm beyond excited to be included in this historic sporting event especially in my home city in London. In the meantime I hope I can inspire others out there to make changes in their lives and not just in a sporting way.

I was lucky enough to be at the opening of the Olympic stadium a few weeks ago and I ran the 100 metres race and won it, so in some ways I've already had a taste of Olympic glory and seen what the athletes and competitors are going to be greeted with when they're competing.
