Nia Joynson-Romanzina, born in Wales, is the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Swiss Re (think of the Gherkin). She is also Founder and Director of I³, advising organisations on shaping inclusive work environments. Based out of Zurich, Nia is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist on topics related to diversity and inclusion. Previously she worked at the European Commission in Brussels and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation in Rome, working on Internet Technologies in Development. She is a member of Harvard's Women Leadership Board, Catalyst Europe Advisory Board, IMD Leadership Strategies Advisory Board and Center for Talent Innovation Task Force.
