Paul Jenkins has been the CEO of the national charity, Rethink Mental Illness, since 2007. He previously worked for the Department of Health in a range of roles which spanned issues including, drug misuse, community care and long term care. From 1998 to 2004, he headed up the team which set up NHS Direct. Paul is married with two children and lives in Leeds.
