Having no previous technical background in construction, Raj joined the company as an assistant project manager but her drive and determination quickly saw her promoted twice to become senior project manager. Gaining further experience overseas by working for the company in Kazakhstan for 15 months, Raj ensured that even during a time of economic downturn, hard-work and a positive attitude enabled her to achieve her goals.
