Rosi Prescott has been Chief Executive of Central YMCA, a national health and education charity since 2003.

The YMCA is the country’s largest voluntary sector provider of physical activity, and Rosi currently represents the YMCA movement’s involvement in this area at global, national and regional level. This includes her work as a Board member of the World Economic Forum Global Advisory Council on the Role of Sport in Society; the Department of Health’s Physical Activity Alliance; and the Mayor of London’s Community Sports Board. Rosi is a member of the European Health & Fitness Association and the World Urban Network of YMCAs.

She was recently appointed a Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London serving the London Borough of Lambeth, and is also a member of the a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
