I’ve worked as a freelance writer and editor for over ten years, covering a variety of subjects including lifestyle, literacy, health and parenting. I write for websites, magazines, newspapers and, of course, blogs!

More recently, I’ve started specialising in children’s literature and write a regular book review blog called Childtastic Books with my nine-year-old daughter, as well as a blog on my Masters in Children’s Literature. I’m passionate about inspiring a love of reading and have worked with children – some with special educational and behavioural needs – to help improve literacy attainment and general enjoyment of books.
