Sarah Marsh is the Professional Head of Fitness and Wellbeing at Nuffield Health. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for 16 years. Sarah began her career in fitness as a personal trainer, and later went on to qualify as a physiotherapist. She has a strong passion and focus on health and fitness and uses her skills and experience to help people improve their wellbeing both at Nuffield Health and also by continuing to practice as a physiotherapist and yoga teacher!
