Scott Lister
Scott qualified as a solicitor in 2012, specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury law. Prior to this, Scott practised as a nurse in the NHS for 20 years, working as a Senior Nurse managing a complex patient caseload. Scott was actively involved in research and policy development in the NHS and lectured frequently on this topic. This experience of medical and critical care has been invaluable in his current role as a claimant clinical negligence lawyer. Scott has a particular interest in birth injury, neurosurgical, nursing and fatal cases. His work includes complex and high value claims, where liability is often disputed.
