Balance -- the word -- literally means 'even distribution', instantly bringing to mind a set of scales in perfect horizontal alignment. But conceptually it means 'stability of mind or feelings', a state which doesn't necessarily appear when you balance work, rest and play in equal measure.
However, while it's easy to get started, it takes more than just money or technology to build a successful business. The technology market is extremely competitive, and the core skills that new companies need to thrive in this sort of environment are still in short supply.

All of my efforts over the past forty years have been concerned essentially with one central principle - the well-being of the individual. Not the isolated individual.
