Sophie Moullin is a Visiting Research Fellow at Oxford University's public policy unit in the Department of Politics and International Relations and consultant on social policy and public services. Previously a Senior Policy Adviser in the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit, Sophie has recently been selected as a 2011-12 Fulbright Scholar at Columbia University's School of Social Work in New York. Sophie is an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) and Fellow of the RSA and the Young Foundation.
