It wasn't that long ago that Sarkozy was labeling Cameron obstinate and telling our PM to shut up. But the latest meeting between the two was a far more cordiale affair, with Sarkozy and cameron focusing less on the euro zone, the possibility of a financial transaction tax and the fiscal compact and focusing more on building a friendly compact around military cooperation and civil nuclear power.
