I began the week with jewellery and the doctor and finished in Paris. A year ago I was called by my local surgery to have a health review. I did not go; I did not want to go. So, the doctor rang me and said that if I did not make an appointment and attend I would be struck off their list of patients.
For my 21st birthday I wanted a designer handbag. My Mum said no straight away, reasoning that in a year I'd be bored with it and be clamouring (fruitlessly) for a new one. Instead, I was given a watch as a joint present from both parents and grandparents and I was glad Mum had vetoed the handbag option...
I did go to Uni, but not out of a choice or really wanting to, mainly due to social pressures that make every young person feel they should, or have to. As a result I dropped out after 1-year to set up my own business making and selling jewellery, which turned out to be the best decision I ever made.
After a very long wait, Spring has finally arrived in Paris. At Vogue.fr we have been anxiously waiting to dig into our warm weather wardrobes for what feels like months, and can't wait to wear our springy pieces once again. To celebrate the belated, but very welcome spring, we've gathered our favourite looks from Spring/Summer 2013.
