Jamie's tasked himself to improve the situation and he's already created massive interest with his controversial, honest and upfront comments on food poverty
Dried porcini mushrooms are easy to get hold of and have loads of flavour. The addition of mint works really well with the other ingredients but be careful, as too much mint can overpower the other ingredients. Conchighlie (pasta shells) work well in this recipe as the sauce tends to get stuck in the inside of the shells. Have a great weekend!

I've taken a risk breaking the foodie code of silence to tell you about this festival... Well, not really but it does feel that way!
As any parent knows, getting children to eat what we want them to eat is a challenge, as is packing a healthy lunchbox that they'll actually eat. It's important to offer variety (many kids get bored easily, haven't you noticed?) as well as keeping meals high in protein, veg, fruit and fibre, and low in fat, salt and sugar. A child's lunch should provide at least a third of his or her daily nutritional requirements. Without a good midday meal youngsters struggle to concentrate in the afternoon.
