I first met Baroness Thatcher at Stringfellows, for a Conservative fundraiser I hosted in 2005. It was a Sunday night and none of our dancers were performing. I had been told by the organisers that it would be a good idea not to have the dancers there. But Lady Thatcher had a surprise in store. In the middle of the evening, she looked me directly in the eye and asked: "Where are your girls?"
Die-hard book fans will be squirming at the sight of Theon Greyjoy, who doesn't even appear until much later in the books. The sheer amount of activity going on in this episode felt like a visual binge of narratives and characters. I was too scared to take my eyes off the TV screen in fear of missing something important.
Wow. This 43 year old man was transported back to 1982 when I was just turning 13, had my collection of Star Wars figures and finding first love. Filmmaker Andy Dodd has captured that moment beautifully in It's a Love Thing.
