If there is one film that fills me with more emotions that I can neither understand or bear it is Bill Forsyth's 1983 Scottish comedy Local Hero. It is a film that makes you laugh yet has a melancholic tone that always seems one step away from breaking your heart. It was named #37 on the list of BFI Top 100 British Films by the British Film Institute.

Return to Oz shares a lot in common with the original 1939 Wizard of Oz. Apart from obviously being adaptations from the works of L. Frank Baum, both films are very dark in tone, are terrifying, and both were financial failures upon their release that have become beloved with age.

By definition, goalkeepers do a job that's different to everyone else's around them - well, except for the one other person on the pitch doing the same job as them, but they're not exactly going to be pally with him/her - and as a result, it must surely be utterly alienating.
