As a Vlogger I can be sitting at a desk video editing for hours a day. This, even with my daily workouts, is putting a strain on my body. As I get older I'm feeling it more and more, and wonder what the point would be for me to workout so hard to get fit and then ruin it all from merely sitting incorrectly!
Many of us suffer from aches and pains caused by bad posture but many don't realise. Bad posture can damage muscles, ligaments and importantly your Spine. So I've teamed up with Paul Cheesman, the Personal Trainer who helped me on my fitness journey. He gave me such great advice that I felt I should share it in my new series called: PT Pause.
