Toby Stuart
Prior to Roux at Parliament Square, Toby worked in a number of Michelin-starred establishments in the UK and France including Galvin at Windows, the Square, L'Escargot, Auberge du Lac, Maison Troisgrois, Can Fabes, Orrery and Cliveden. His career began in 1997 with work experience at Aubergine.
