Vashi Dominguez is a Spanish-born, London-based entrepreneur with a keen focus on e-commerce innovation.

Born in 1978, Dominguez is now married and has two children. Not descending from a wealthy family, it was thanks to the consistent effort and support from his parents that he was able to attend the same private school throughout his entire education. Dominguez self-studied diamonds and toured the world’s diamond centres, from Antwerp and Mumbai, to Tel Aviv and New York, finally breaking into the diamond wholesale industry.

After spending four years supplying diamonds to wholesale clients, both locally and internationally, Dominguez decided to move into the online diamond industry after learning about the rapid growth in internet use. Dominguez founded DiamondManufacturers.co.uk in 2007 after researching the online jewellery market for three years, exploring hundreds of potential business models along the way.

In just over four years DiamondManufacturers.co.uk has become one of 'Europe’s Top 400 Internet Retailers' and has been voted by customers as the number one jewellery shop in independent website Review Centre. Dominguez is renowned by his peers as a people person with the ability to create a successful workplace culture, which consists of empowering employees and leading by example.
