Victoria Glass is a London based food writer. Her first book, Boutique Wedding Cakes, with Ryland, Peters & Small is out now. She also writes two blogs, one about cake and the other, Alphabet Soup, documenting her adventures cooking her way through the alphabet in one year. Victoria has contributed to ES Magazine, Psychologies and regularly writes for Great British Chefs.

Victoria is also a professional cake maker and sugarcraft tutor. She founded Victoria's Cake Boutique in 2008 and has baked cakes for celebrities including Miranda Hart, Zach Braff and Dave Gorman.
