Zaid is the strategic lead for TBWA\London, responsible for delivering category-defining communications and brand strategies by using the power of Disruption. His client portfolio includes some of the world's biggest brands including Nissan, adidas, EA Games, Aquafresh and Absolut.

Prior to joining TBWA, Zaid began his career at Unilever and spent seven years working up to Senior Global Innovations Manager for brands including Lynx & Sure. He then switched to agency side, working at MOTHER as Strategy Director on EMAP, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Boots and the legendary Shane Meadows ‘Somerstown’ film for Eurostar. After MOTHER, he joined RKCR/Y&R as Head of International Planning and finally the role of Managing Partner at Saint (their 60 strong digital agency).
