Taylor married the heir to Hilton Hotels on 6 May 1950 in Beverley Hills. They were married until 29 January, 1951, when the couple got divorced.
The actress marride British actor Wilding on 21 February, 1952. They had two sons before they divorced on 26 January, 1957.
Elizabeth fell for American film producer Todd after seperating from Wilding. They were married on 2 February, 1957 and had one daughter together. Taylor was left widowed after Todd's private plane crashed in New Mexico on 22 March, 1958.
The singer Eddie Fisher divorced his first wife to marry Taylor in Las Vegas on 12 May, 1959. They were together until March 1964.
The stars of Cleopatra married for the first time on 15 March, 1964. They adopted their daughter Maria in the same year before the couple filed for divorce in June, 1974.
A year later, Taylor and Burton were married again in October 1975. Their second marriage lasted for under a year.
Taylor's next husband was American Republican Politician, John Warner. They were together from December 1976 to November 1982.
