A toddler who preaches in his family's Pentecostal church in Mississippi is stirring up controversy, after video clips of him in action were posted on YouTube.
Four-year-old Kanon Tipton started preaching at just 21 months, when he stood up in front of his family's church congregation and imitated his preacher dad into the microphone, a scene that just happened to be videoed by his proud mum and garnered 4 million hits.
He's now a regular at the church in America, and heads on stage in suit, clutching a microphone almost as big as himself, and a cloth to wipe his brow when it all gets too much, preaching about 'the one god' to large audiences.
Users commenting on the YouTube video were outraged with the clip showing Kanon in action, with one user posting: 'Brainwashed at 4years old, the boys never even lived how does he know anything? Social Services need to save this kid,' and another calling it 'creepy and scary'.
In an interview with a US news programme, Kanon's parents, Candy and Damon, who is also a preacher, said little Kanon loved to get up on stage and preach, and that he is a 'phenomenon'.
'I believe it's a phenomenon. I feel like the hand of God is on him in a very special way but he is the third generation of preachers so it's in his blood,' announced his dad.
Asked why he likes to preach in front of so many people, Kanon responded: 'I like to stand up there, I see my daddy preach all the time.'

Too much too young for someone who can't understand what he's preaching about or a happy little chap enjoying the attention?
