Mum-to-be Beyoncé launches her second perfume, Beyoncé Pulse, at Macy's in New York.
The singer, who is believed to be expecting her first child at the beginning of 2012, recently holidayed in Croatia with husband, rap star Jay-Z, but has now returned to her busy schedule, for the next couple of months at least.
