David Hasselhoff Will Return To 'Britain's Got Talent'

The Hoff WILL Return To 'Britain's Got Talent'

PRESS ASSOCIATION -- David Hasselhoff has insisted he will return for the next series of Britain's Got Talent.

There are rumours that the star - who joined the panel earlier this year along with comic Michael McIntyre - could be leaving after just one run on the ITV talent show, but the broadcaster says decisions about the next series have yet to be made.

The Hoff told Absolute's Christian O'Connell: "I wouldn't leave the show. Stranger things have happened.

"When the show is over, the last conversation I had with Simon before he sailed away was 'Darling, are you coming back?' And I said, 'Absolutely'. So I'm coming back."

Following McIntyre's decision to leave the show to focus on touring commitments, Hasselhoff insisted he is going nowhere.

"I know that Michael's not coming back but no one has called to say, 'Hey, you're officially on the board'. You know they usually do this at the last minute. It's always kind of a last thing negotiation," he explained.

The 59-year-old added: "I loved it, man, it was great. I really got to put a face behind the people who watch my show and it was a lot of fun. Now that I know the accents and I know where I'm going, obviously I'm going to come back."
