Thousands Of Children Are Being 'Lost' In Supersize Primary Schools

Almost 20,000 youngsters are currently educated in primaries of at least 800 pupils – a rise of 43 per cent on last year's figures.

The increase comes despite fears among parents and academics that children as young as four can easily become “lost” in supersize schools – harming their development.
