In a plot straight from reality TV, Chantelle Houghton and fiance Alex Reid are expecting a baby.
The former Big Brother winner is especially thrilled as she had believed she had fertility problems, and would need IVF to conceive.
Houghton previously told the press doctors had warned her she had a "very, very low chance" of conceiving naturally after bouts of extreme dieting.
She is now 11 weeks pregnant and already on the publicity drive. Could this be the world's first proper made for reality TV baby?
The Big Brother star and reality TV staple announces the news in an interview with this week's OK magazine, where she warns us, "I'm going to be the yummiest mummy there is. I'm milking it, trust me. I've told my friends and family, if I'm going through it, you're all going through it." Leading us to think we can expect at least five parent and baby photo-shoots from the blonde model, Katie Price's ex-husband and their new sprog in the next year.
She continues: "I found out four weeks ago. It's been so hard keeping it a secret. Alex is desperate to know if it's a boy or a girl but I can't tell him until the four-month scan. We want to know the baby's sex. I can't wait nine months."
The reality personality, who previously made her money as a Paris Hilton lookalike, was on the verge of undertaking a course of IVF treatment when she discovered she was pregnant. She tells the magazine, "The thought of conceiving naturally had gone out of my mind completely, I didn't even think it was possible."
The couple had already spent thousands of pounds on fertility treatment, and Houghton describes her surprise when her pregnancy test came back positive:
"I was expecting to see two words not pregnant and I just stared and stared at it. I couldn't move."
Houghton is planning to marry Reid, who is still technically married to model Katie Price, although the pair have been separated for more than a year, following her public dumping of him when he came out of the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
Houghton was previously married to Ordinary Boys singer Preston, whom she met in the Big Brother house. She was also romanced by BBC presenter Rav Wilding, although that partnership came to an unseemly end after paparazzi photographed them having a big blow-up in Richmond Park.
